Setting Up Your JAWSHARK:
Your JAWSHARK comes with two silicone strips: one for your upper teeth and one for the lower. They're made to comfortably fit your teeth without customization.

1. Thread the included chain through the JAWSHARK's center. Wear it around your neck if you like.
2. Insert the JAWSHARK in your mouth and bite firmly onto the clear silicone strips. Don't worry if you don't see immediate results; the toner will adjust over time.
3. That's it! Simply pop it in to start your routine. Wear the chain for quick access during workouts, runs, or daily activities.

Using the JAWSHARK to Enhance Facial Muscles:

Bite onto the device aiming to completely close the central hole with each bite. For an ideal rep, bite strongly, then release slowly, feeling the tension throughout.
